Two year old have been a trend around here lately! When this adorable little man came his session I was ready with some great tricks up my sleeve. As a mom of two, I am very aware of the inconsistencies that toddlers bring to a photoshoot. I talk to the parents ahead of time and first assure them that this will be fun and to take the pressure off of themselves to make sure that their toddler behaves. Next I go through my method of how I will get the best photos of their kids. It is important to let the little one explore and then photograph them just being themself. Rather than posing a family and continuing to say "smile"" look at me""stand there", I focus on just capturing the family as they are together. Candid photography is my favorite because it is fun, real, and enjoyable.
